You still have to be evaluated by the authorities. If the parent wont, or can't take care of their child they can't just turn it over to anyone. proper papers needs to be filled.
The parents who are narrow minded & who always oppose their child's dreams are donkey parents. All parents love their child, but if parents will give respect to child then child will always give them respect.
You can only give the child up for adoption if both parents agree. If he doesn't want that he can get custody and you will pay child support.
The grandparents have no right to the child, only the parents can decide about adoption. If she does not want custody the father can get it.
Is that between a child's parents? if so it is ultimately up to the parents. But, most parents will let the child decide who they want to live with.
If there is abuse you would have to report them to child services to get their rights terminated.
That means that she doesn't love her parents unless her/his parents give them whatever they want. That is when a child abuses their parents. It is called........ Child abuse towards parents....... TA..TA.........
It depends because if something happens to your child while they are gone then if you give your parents/parents in law power of attorney then they will be able to make medical decisions for your child. So the answer is yes if you want the grandparents to have medical control and no if you don't.
On what grounds. Not in my case as it was unjust. You need to give a reason why you want to sue.
because his parents were disvored he that really hurt him and he did not want to give that same experncece to his child
You used the word child. And legally they are a child and the parents decide where they are to live.
Because they are not ready to be parents and want what is best for their child and knows they as parents is not the best. Some decide it from the beginning and others awhile after the child is born when they discover it's much harder than they thought.
