No. The only time it flips in being destroyed is when it is attacked by a monster. The flip effect will only work if the monster says "FLIP" in all caps and does not say if it is destroyed in battle that its Effect will activate.

Can a monster be undefeatable?

Some monsters have the effect of not being destroyed in battle, but they can be destroyed by card effects. The Mist BodyEquip Spell card has that effect. Damage Calculation is usually applied normally for this effect.Yu-Gi-Oh monsters can't actually be perfectly undefeatable. Even a monster equipped with Heart of Clear Water can be destroyed. Simply unequip the Spell Card with a card effect, then destroy the monster.

Where go when they get destroyed by battle?

When a non-effect monster destroys another monster the destroyed monster is sent to the grave, unless there is another card on the field which changes where destroyed monsters go. Depending on the effect of the monster that destroyed them they are either sent to the Graveyard, are banished, return to the owners hand, or can be summoned on the opponents side of the field. Some cards can even be saved from the grave by their own effect and are then either re-summoned or go to spell/trap zone. Spell/trap cards can also determine where they go, as they can change it so that any destroyed monster is banished instead of being sent to the graveyard.

Where does 'Shocktopus' go on the playing field when he is destroyed by an opponent's monster and equipped to that monster as the result of 'Shocktopus' effect?

"Shocktopus" goes into your Spell/Trap card zone and is considered equipped to opponent's monster.

If equiped card is sent to the deck does it still take effect?

If an Equip Spell Card is sent back to the Deck, it is no longer equipped to a monster, and therefore, the monster does not gain the benefits. If a monster equipped with an Equip Spell Card is sent back to the Deck, the Equip Spell Card is destroyed.

How does the 'Flint' Equip Spell card work say your oppenent tributes his monster while it has 'Flint' equipped is it destroyed?

Yes, Flint would be destroyed in that case. You equip Flint to a monster, and if that monster would be destroyed, then you (must) re-equip it to another monster. Though initially you'd probably place it one the opponent's monster, the mandatory re-equip may mean you have to put it on one of your own. However if the equipped monster is not 'destroyed', ie, if it is tributed, or removed from play by an effect such as Caius the Shadow Monarch, then Flint itself will be destroyed and go to the graveyard.

What is the name of the Equip Spell card which stops the equipped monster from attacking and after two turns that monster is destroyed?

Yes, Equip Spell Cards cannot exist on the field without their target. If the target leaves the field, the Equip Spell Card will be destroyed and go to the graveyard.

When a continuous spell card is destroyed does the effect continue?

When the card is destroyed, the effect is no longer in effect. Once a card is in the graveyard can not be used unless specifically stated on that card.

Does a flip effect activate when the monster is destroyed by the effect of another monster?

Flip effects will activate if flipped manually by Flip Summon, or when attacked. Also must include "FLIP" in all caps for its effect to activate, or say 'when this card is turned face-up'. For example if a monster such as Guardian Sphinx is flipped face up by an attack or an effect (spell, trap or monster), the effect does not activate, because only a Flip Summon triggers it, not a generic flip. When a card effect destroys a face-down monster, the monster is destroyed and flip effect isn't activated because the monster never flips. Mystic Swordsman Lvl. 4 destroys the monster it attacks without flipping it, so a Flip Effect monster attacked by it will not get its flip effect. To summarize, if a FLIP effect monster is attacked while face down, then it will activate. But if it's destroyed by a card effect while face down then it won't activate. Some card effects let you flip monsters face up and let the flip effect activate, like book of taiyou. But others, like ceasefire don't let it activate. If it says 'when this card is flipped face up' then you have to do that manually on your own turn.
