It sounds like they don't like each other to begin with. If you can, you just need to stay out of this. If you are one of the person's mentioned above then you need to stay away from the other person or move to another department.

This is an ethics problem and the supervisor should be reported to the Human Resource Department. Supervisor should be reported to the Human Resource Manager.
