What if you really want to do something but you know you don't need to and there will be big consequences but you still REALLY want to what should you do?

Weigh the consequence against the act itself taking into consideration that you will most likely have to pay it. If the thrill is worth the punishment then then it may be worth doing.
The problem is that most people do not consider the consequence, or that they may be caught. They spend all their time trying to avoid paying for their sins or blaming it on someone else.
