Get a babysitter at least twice a month and you and your husband go out for dinner and a movie. If money is an issue for babysitting then trade off babysitting with a girlfriend. Some women also have decreased hormonal changes where they are not ready for a sexual relationship after having their baby and she should see her doctor about this problem and then explain it to her husband as he may feel completely left out and confused.
