Either you have the air vents set to "recirculate" which means you are running the same air around the vehicle without drawing any fresh air from the outside, or your heater core is blown.
They fog up when water condenses on the surface. If the air inside the car is warmer than the outside temperature you will experience fogging of the inside of the windows. In extreme humidity the problem is worse. You can also see fogging if the heater core is leaking. To dissipate the moisture turn on the defroster.
First, clean the inside glass COMPLETELY, then use an anti-fogging agent. You can get it at a parts store.
A defogger is the system in your vehicle that prevents your car windows from fogging up which prevents you from seeing out of them so that you can drive safely.

It's usually pretty subtle at first, you'll probably notice your windows fogging up or smell coolant inside the car. If it starts to get really bad you'll see steam coming out of your vents... Get it fixed before it gets bad! The last thing you want is coolant all over your car and inside your ducts - not to mention that smell!
The classic symptoms of a leaking heater core. Replacing the heater core requires removing the complete dash assembly.
A/C will dry the air, helps to keep windows from fogging up as much.
Good chance you have a leak in the heater core.
You bet. On a sunny day the temperature inside the car can be as much as 30 degrees hotter than outside when the windows are up.
most effective way would be to place a de-humidifier inside the vehicle, closing all doors/windows.The moisture is concentated in the soundproofing. If your windows fog up, make certain that your vent position is on 'fresh' air to blow the outside air in, rather than 'recirculate'. That will aid in drying up the moist inside air.
It is called condensation, warm and humid inside, cooler outside.
