Your hamster probably scraped herself on something sharp in her cage.
I wouldn't worry too much about it for it should heal in a few days or so.
But if the scab doesn't start to heal, then take you hamster to a vet and the vet will give you treatment for it.
If a hamster bites you and you start bleeding you will be fine because me myself got bite by my hamster and nothing happened unless your hamster has a disease that u know of than you will be okay but if it does have a diesese than you should probably check it out:)
OH NO! call a vet and get to one immediately. a vet's instructions are the best you can get. Sorry i don't have a complete answer, but only a vet would know for sure!
Then it is bleeding. It should recover fine after a bit.
Yes, your hamster prob. got into a fight and cut its nose. separate the hamsters immediatly
If a rabbi's hamster bites you, the most you could do is attempt to sue for damages, you certainly could not have him shot!
if your hamster is bleeding, get a clean towel or cloth and try to stop the bleeding, if you can call a local vet in your area and ask some questions.
Please go to the vet's with your hamster and get her checked out.
This depends on where the hamster is bleeding from and how heavily. I highly recommend that you seek veterinary attention immediately as even the smallest amount of blood can mean a significant blood loss for these tiny creatures.
Usually the hamster is cleaning its leg....cuzz i have 2 hamsters and 1 hamster always bites on the other one while its asleep, they are not fighting they are cleaning !!! but if the hamster bites through its leg and there's a red part you should take it too the vet
Then I would advise you to separte the hamsters. The wound should be o.k as long as it is not big and does not become infected. If you see any signs of infection you should take him to the vet.
Do not worry. Unless your female hamster has a bad disease that you know of, nothink will happen. The hamster should stop bleeding and heal. If the female tries to bite him again and he doesn't defend himself or retaliate and she looks feirce and/or stressed, she may need some "quiet time". Seperate them for a few hours or until she seems calm. Some female animals bite or scratch males when they are on heat.
