Doctors measure pregnancy from the first day of your last period, but you don't conceive until two weeks after that. Your baby was conceived 3 weeks ago.
32 days previously
5 weeks and 2 days before that day - give or take a day or two.
This is an estimate based upon size of development. Yes, you could take this to be the date of conception, if more accurate information is not available. However, this would not be conclusive proof. It is an estimate!
a child is in the woumb 10 months do the math! This is not correct- I have asked my doctor many times. You subract 2 weeks. The baby is 2 weeks ahead of you. So if you are 12weeks and 1 day you conceived aprx 10 weeks 1 day ago +/- 3 days.
16 weeks and 5 days ago!!!
Somewhere around the end of March.
Believe the sonogram.
Pregnancies are always measured from your lmp so it sounds as if your ultrasound is spot on. They don't add 14 days or anything but it will be 8 weeks 5 days since you conceived
I had a scan the same as you, the bloodtests showed pregnancy but when I went for the ultrasound they couldn't find a sack. It turned out it was an ectopic pregnancy. My suggestion, get it checked out straight away.
I don't think you can tell when you conceived from a single HCG test as the normal variation is so wide so the test cannot say definitively you are 5 and one half weeks pregnant. It is much more accurate to have an ultrasound scan and measure the size of the baby. Even then you may be out by 2-3 days either way.
ABout 5 to 6 Weeks, not much there to see really. They are tiny tiny then. God bless
