Currency and remuneration will be unilateral thus thus reducing brain drain and fixing numerous common issues. Having a single market economy has many benefits; similar to the United States, where if the states were all separate countries the country as a whole would not be as strong as it is.
Take for example if South America was one country instead of being divided into 13 different countries how effective its trade and global impact would have been. Well its the same concept with CSME. As one we will be stronger, harder to break and definitely more effective.
