I was able to find that Frederick Andrew was a Bombardier in the Army when he competed in the Biathlon in the 1964 Winter Olympics and the Biathlon and Nordic Combined Individual in the 1968 Winter Olympics. He was born April 28, 1940. I was not able to find where he placed.
