Parkour
Parkour is the art of movement. The name is derived from parcours du combattant, the obstacle courses that were proposed by Georges Hébert as a method of French military training. The object is to move as fast as you can from point A to point B. The art was made in 1989 by David Belle whose friend, Sebastian Foucan, created free running, a related sport. Traceurs ( people who practice parkour) leap, vault, jump, and climb as fast as they can.
