'Gemeenschap van de Latijns-Amerikaanse en Caribische landen' is a Dutch equivalent of 'the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States'. It's a regional bloc that brings together all sovereign countries in the Americas except for the United States of America and Canada. Its creation dates only from the Rio Group - Caribbean Community Unity Summit of February 23, 2010 in Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo, Mexico.
