I have been a member of ARUformally known as APU. (CHELMSFORD CAMPUS) There is no definitive answer to this it is a matter of opinion saying that you really need to visit an open day. Also it depends on what course you are doing. ARU has a variety of courses to choose from and are one of the biggest teachers of nursing in the UK, as well as lots of other subjects. They have just finished building very new and modern buildings and it has a nice feel around the campus. also the train station is 4 minuet walk down the road and the town centre is about a 7 minuet walk from the campus. Chelmsford the town has a very low crime rate and the city has lots to do, there is an ice skating ring 4 minuets walk from the campus as well as a pub called the weatsheaf which has pool. Also a few bits of advise: They are thinking of closing there student bar.
