Take the annual salaray and divide by 52. Take that result and divide it again by 40. Alternatively you can divide by the number of working hours in a year, which is 2080.
You really should be more specific. Salary ranges for a judge vary from country to country, state to state, even county to county. In addition there are various types of judges from low level courts...
