EMS IS NOT A SCAM, I HAVE GOTTEN ALL MY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. IF YOU ARE IN THE USA, THEY WILL GIVE THEM TO USPS TO SHIP TO YOU. EMS IS IN CHINA.SO YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TALK TO THEM.
EMS is Chinas version of express mail.It is very fast, and accurate. I have never had a package lost in transit, and usually I get it less than week. You can actually talk to them as they have customer service agents who speak English.

You will need international dialing code. You can temporarily add international calling to your cell phone for a few dollars. Otherwise, it will cost you a fortune... time zone converter available if you Google international time zones.
I bought the complete series of Dark Shadows from EMS and almost all of the dvds don't work. I wasted $170 and can't even get ahold of them to return the dvds and get my money back. SCAM!!!
^^ I dont think you bought Dark Shadows from EMS you bought it from someone in china who scammed you, EMS is like our USPS....
