Throughout Scripture, God reveals His intention for mankind - to become sons and daughtes in the God Family. After being called by the Father (John 6:44;65) and getting properly baptized (Acts 2:38-39), we receive God's Holy Spirit - being begotten like Jesus was. We are then to follow our perfect example of Christ and do God's good works. If we remain strong to the end, we will be part of the firstfruits spoken of in The Bible.
