Horary astrology is a very ancient and interesting branch of traditional astrology, which deals with the answering of specific questions. This branch of astrology is a very specialized application of astrology for very specific purposes.

Modern astrology deals with making predictions about the life of a person depending on their Birth Chart (horoscope), which is a mathematical interpretation of the time and date of their birth, in relation to the place of their birth. But in Horary Astrology, no such horoscope is required. The answers to specific questions asked from horary astrologers are given according to the time of birth of that particular question and not the time of birth of the person asking it.

Based on the exact time that a question is asked, a horary chart is made for that question. This chart takes into account the strength and position of the celestial bodies at the time of asking the question, and this forms the basis for the corresponding events on earth and thus the answer to the question.

“Will I marry ………”; “Will I get this job?”; “Should I buy this house?”; “Will I win my court case?” These are just some of the many questions that you can ask a horary astrologer and you will get the answers according to the horary chart. This chart takes into account all the events that led up to the question, the present status of the question and then shows you what will happen in the future, if destiny takes its course.

We say ‘destiny takes its course’ because, in horary astrology, you have a choice after your question is answered. Either you do nothing because your question has resulted in a positive answer; or you can choose to alter the course of nature, by doing something that you would not have done in normal circumstances, had you not known in advance about the negative response to your question.

While all this may sound too simple to be true, remember that according to horary astrologers, not all negative responses can be changed and neither will all questions result in any kind of answer. If the time is not right for that question, then the horary chart may indicate that, and your question will not be answered at that particular time.
