The human relations approach says; A happy worker is an efficient worker.

that means if an organization can keep its workforce happy, it would bring more prodctivity and more profit because if a worker is happy with the emoluments and all the benefits that he deserves and the organization provides, he will have a sense of belongingness towards the organization and would do utmost efforts to lift the organization up in the market.

"Human Relations" is a term used most often in Corporations by the Human Resources Departments in reference to how people behave and interact in groups, as in groups of co-workers. There is an organized discipline of study in the Human Relations movement to determine common group motivators, employee satisfaction measures, group productivity methods and measures, and the art of communications. There are also theories of the psychology behind the motivations of individuals in groups and in the roles they assume when in group situations, such as leader versus follower and innovator versus traditionalist, risk taker versus conservative, etc. Cooperation and sensitivity to the emotions and motivations of the work team are key components of the Human Relations theories.

Human relations approach is majorly focused around the saying that 'a happy worker is an efficient worker' According to this statement a worker who is happy could perform well in fulfilling the organisational goals. For keeping a worker motivated organisations takes the initiative to keep him happy and satisfied so that he may count himself as a part of an organizational and not just an employee.
