Longhorn sangria wine recipe is the same as Olive Garden and Red Lobster (all owned by same corporation).
Olive Garden Berry Sangria:
750 ml red wine (I used Merlot)
2 cups cran-raspberry juice
1/4 cups simple sugar syrup
Fresh berries such as strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries to garnish
Combine all ingredients except the fresh fruit in a large container; stir well to combine. Let mixture stand a couple of hours before serving. When serving, place ice into glass, then fresh fruit and sangria and garnish glass with a strawberry.

The exact recipe for Longhorn's White Peach Sangria is a trademarked recipe of the business although there are similar versions that can be made.
One might find the recipe to make the blackberry sangria like Outback Steakhouse at a site like Pinterest. Another good place to go where one might find this recipe would be AllRecipes or even the Outback Steakhouse site.
I've been trying to get it in MI, but it looks like it is only available commercially right now. I had it in a sangria at Longhorn Steakhouse, and it was so good I forced them to give me the recipe. I substituted a mix from Monin, and it was very good. Buy 4 bottles at the Monin website and they give you free shipping and a free sangria pitcher. Sweet deal - and I tried their Blackberry syrup, which was also in the recipe - outstanding.

I found a great cook book and ordered it. The cook book has all the Outback Recipes. See the link, under Related Links.
I have, and it is delicious. Try using:2 bottles of red wineChopped fruit such as peaches, strawberries, raspberries, oranges, lemon1/2 to 1 pint of brandy or orange liqueurReally, though, I think you can use any Sangria recipe and just let it age. I aged mine for two weeks and then added either soda water or 7-Up (personal preference) when serving. The flavor of the fruit made this a sensational summer sipper. I would definitely recommend aging your sangria.
Got the recipe right from the bartender at the Laughlin Saltgrass Steakhouse! 1 1/2 oz. Tito's Vodka 1/2 oz. Rasberry Liquer (Chambord maybe?) 2 oz. lemonade 2 oz. cranberry juice Enjoy!
I'm not sure of the exact recipe but I do know that it is a warm honey mountain bread and whenever I eat there, I always ask for extra bread to take home. Actually, a teacher who works at my school works there, so maybe he would know, unless he took an oath to secrecy or something :)
