first you have to have a google account and then you follow the steps by creating a picture folder and then setting them to public

look up a pic then open it in a new window and then go to file or click the right-click with your mouse and click save as... and then save it or click download

you right click on the pic and click save image as

You just find one on google and upload it just as you do any other picture.
