NH3 would be ammonia. NH2 is an amine group. Due to the free electrons, NH2 will not be found on its own and usually bonds to an R group.

NH2 Is cytosine and usually bonds with three hydrogen bonds of guanine and is one of the four main nucleobases found in the nucleic acids Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Cytosine was discovered by Albrecht Kossel in 1894 and was synthesized within that year.
