Pat Sajak has been married for 20 years (M. December 31 1989) to his wife Lesly Brown Sajak and they have two children : a daughter Maggie Marie (born January 5 1995) and a son Patrick Michael James Sajak (born September 22, 1990)
Vanna White also has two children : a daughter Giovanna (born 1997) and a son Nicholas (born 1994). Vanna is currently divorced from her husband George Santopietro (m. 31-Dec-1990, div. 15-May-2002), although she maintains custody of the children.

Pat Sajak married his second wife Lesly Brown Sajak December 31 1989 and have a Son Patrick Michael James Sajak (born September 22, 1990) and a daughter, Maggie Marie Sajak (born January 5, 1995). Vanna White was married to George Santo Pietro (1991-2002) and they also had two children Nicholas (born 1994) and Giovanna (born 1997) They are just good friends and co workers who live on opposite sides of the country and both have there own families.

∙ 12y agoThey never did and Vanna's last name is not Sajak. Pat Sajak and Vanna White are not married to each other and Vanna White was divorced in 2002 from George Santo Pietro. Pat Sajak has been married (m. 31-Dec-1989) to Lesly Brown Sajak. His first was Sherrill (m. 1979, div. 1986).

∙ 12y agoWhat ever reason he had it is not shared with the viewers. Most people suspect that any romance between Pat and Vanna is wishful thinking on the part of the viewers. Pat met and married Lesley Brown Sajak and has had two children with her and they have had a happy family together for the past 20 years
