Without knowing more about the coin I can only guess about what it is. If it is dated 1855 you may have a Blake & Co. $20 coin. If so it would say Blake & Co. Assayers on one side. The SAC is an abbreviation for Sacramento. As to its value, if it was real, it would be very high but, since there are only 2 known to exist, yours is probably a copy. Many of these copies were produce by Chrysler Corp. in the late 1960's as an advertising campaign for one of their cars. The word "copy" should be on the coin somewhere. But since new discoveries are made occassionally, take your coin to a dealer who can probably tell you exactly what you have.
