it is rotom. after you get the national dex go to the old chateu and swithch your time to Tuesday night. press a on the tv screen in an upstairs room and say u want to knock it. you will see rotom lvl 15. i recommend ultra balls or quick ball. to change his form go to the eterna city galactic hide out and use the secret key on a bookcase. you have to have this key to advance to the Pokemon league, so you obviously have it! go through the door after it and if you have rotom with you go up to all of the appliances it will say it has changed certain attributes of the Pokemon. mow is electric grass, washing machine electric water, microwave oven electric fire, fridge electric ice and on the fan it becomes electric flying. assuming it is normal electric ghost, the reccomended moveset is -
discharge lvl 45
thenderbolt TM
thunder TM
shadow ball TM
it will be very helpful against the league if you challenge it again or trade to a different game, especiallythe first trainer and the champion, if at a very high level, above all a great Pokemon
