p = softly; pp = very softly (pianissimo); ppp = (you guessed it!) very, very softly.
'Triple pianissimo' (are you sure you don't mean 'triple piano'?) would be pppppp which I have only seen used once (by Tchaikovsky in the first movement of his 6th Symphony).
