Fear of holes or clusters of holes. May also include clusters of similar shapes and indentions.

For example: honey combs, cheese with holes in it.

Trypophobia is not recognized as a genuine fear though there are some who wish it to be recognized as such.

For now, you have nothing to worry about. If you have a morbid fear of lotus pods or it makes you sick to look at them then don't do it.

If you aren't itch and have no anxiety, congratulations. You will probably never suffer from it. Stop worrying about it. Take care

It's mainly the fear of holes and clusters (ew, hate that word--if you feel me on that, you probably have this phobia) but there are some other traits, like what comes out of holes and clusters or disease relating to them.

I've especially noticed a rise in trypophobia warnings on skin-care videos, like peel-off mask tutorials or skin camera recordings. So pores are a trigger of this phobia, although not for everyone.

Honeycombs are a good example of a thing that causes trypophobia.
