For most colleges (e.g college of engineering), it is on a straight A = 100% - 90%, B = 89% - 80%, C = 79% - 70%, and so on.

The College of Architecture uses a +/- system, which means that an A- counts for less on your GPA than an A (A- = 3.7, A = 4.0).
