Waldo is in that square section in the middle full of waldos, holding a bone on the right side and woofs tail is at the right staircase where waldos and wendas are holding hands at the top
It took me two weeks to find Waldo, but it was well worth it. I have the North America 2003 version of Where's Waldo in Hollywood, so my answer may not suit your book. This is almost a scavenger...
Waldo is near the spaghetti table (to the south) and to the left of the fire cooking the turkey. Woof is near the table were the man with an ax cuts the table.. There will be a man at that table...
