As you can clearly see. The chav is a failed product of society. It is overly aggresive due to its inferior intelligence. It compensates for its poor choices in life by milking the benefits system. A system designed to help those get back to work, they use this system as a lifestyle choice.

By calling people "chavs" in general it implies that the people do not perform to certain standards and should act this way and that, forgetting that to have a thriving society the groups of people in it would most likely act different to each other. Sadly, the use of this word has become widespread and most of the users you'll find know nothing about these people's lifestyles and only what has been dictated to them but never researched.

Chav is a term used in the United Kingdom to refer to an aggressive teenager who repeatedly practices anti-social behavour. They are often from unemployed or working class backgrounds and engage in behaviors that include forms of juvenile delinquency such as drug abuse, rowdiness, and street drinking.

Chavs are the scroungers and benefit fraudsters of society. The female chavs usually become pregnant by the age of 15, given a free council house and their goals in life revolve around having more kids, smoking, drinking and sleeping with numerous different men. Their IQ are below sub par and they have no understanding of politics other than voting for labour as they wont take away their benefits.

Chavs are the British equivalent of what Americans refer to as "white trash."
