What is a Cirrostratus cloud and what does it look like?

Answer:
Thick, but wispy at the same time. Thick, white and fluffy would make it a Cirrocumulus cloud. So they're thick, but also wispy at the same time, and don't have to be white. They can be, gray, white, or even dark black.
