A 1101 is somewhat of a catch all series. Some people that do supplier management are 1101s, others that do quality assurance of shipping and receiving are 1101s, and in some cases, Program Integrators are 1101s. It seems odd to me that they would bring in a Keystone as an 1101 though. Many Keystones are 1102 (contracts).
If you show a projector squarely at the screen or wall it should make a perfect rectangular display. If you shine it upwards the top of the display will become wider than the bottom, making a trapaziodal shape. It looks kind of like this: .------------ . ..\ .your../.. ...\ ..pix../... ....------- .... This can easily happen when the projector is sitting on a desk, and it must be aimed upwards for the room to see it. This effect is called "keystoning". It is named from the stone at the top of a masonry arch which has this shape. Manufacturers have included built in controls that allow you to adjust the image to compensate for this effect. So when aimed up, you adjust the "keystone" so that the top becomes narrower, making the image rectangular again, with the sides nicely parallel.
It has multiple bricks in an arch shape that lock together with a keystone. They then add the walls and deck of the bridge so that the load can be supported. The weight of the rest of the bridge then pushes on the arches from all sides which gives the bridge immense strength.
OSD stands for "On Screen Display." It is an onscreen configuration menu included with various monitors. When you press the MENU button or one of the other buttons on the front or side of a monitor, the onscreen display may appear. The OSD typically includes monitor calibration options, such as brightness, contrast, and color adjustments. Some OSDs may also include horizontal and vertical position controls as well as tilt and keystone adjustments. If you can't make adjustments to the monitor settings using the OSD interface, the onscreen display may be locked. You may also see the phrase "OSD Locked" appear when you try to change the settings. Some monitors include an option within the menu called "OSD Lock", which you can turn on or off. If this option is available, simply turn OSD Lock off and you will be able to make adjustments to the settings. If your monitor does not include the "OSD Lock" option, you may be able to unlock the OSD by pressing and holding the MENU button on the front or side of the monitor for several seconds. If you try this method, be patient! It may take up to 15 seconds for the OSD to unlock.
