take the back off and check inside. There will be a black/silver stamped "card" that tells the model and serial #. Another option is to check this site - http://www.dairiki.org/HammondWiki/HammondOrgans. Tons of info and pics. Let me know if you have any questions.
are you kiding??? a hammond B-3 is THE world renowned organ that featured in addition to it's solid wood cabinet, dual stacked keborads and multiple stops, a cabinet speaker with the Leslie on top. That is the spinning horn in the top of the cabinet that gave it a distinctive sound. EVERYONE used it from church's to the rock bands of the 60's and 70's up through today. Take a look at the Allman Brothers pictures and see what they are playing...

More and more every day. Made in USA by Hammond Organ Company. Not China, Taiwan, Mexico...
I've research the value of a Hammond T582c and found the average cost to be around $125.00 to $250.00. I purchase an excellent T582c for $200.00 USD just to experiment with the improvements that Carsten Meyers suggest in his website keyboard parteners. de, I have spoken with MITA organ tech members and surf the internet for months just to say if your looking at a Hammond T582c and want an inexpensive way to obtain the B3 sound the T582c is the way to go. Good luck and have fun with your organ:)
If someone offers you $50 take it and consider yourself very lucky!

You can purchase a Hammond organ at your local specialist piano store, or at the very least they will know where to get one. Failing that, you can look at forums and blogs, or go direct to the Hammond organ company.
