lymph is a colourless watery substance similar to blood plasma. it contains cells called Lymphocytes. lymph transparts dead cells, bacteria and toxins to the lymph nodes where all the bacteria, dead cells and toxins are filtered from the lymph then the lymph returns to the blood stream once filtered =]
