SJB stands for the Smart Junction Box. In the Freestar it is the control box for interior and most exterior lighting and other body electrical functions.

Ford Freestar was created in 2004.
The van does not have a conventional flasher. Instead, the exterior lamps are controlled by the Smart Junction Box (SJB). The SJB sends out signals to the multi-function switch which are returned by a lead shared between the LH, RH and high-beam flasher switches. When the SJB detects the turn signal contact, either left or right, it then supplies voltage to the appropriate cornering lamp (if equipped) and the same side turn signal lamps. The lamps flash at about 80 flashes per minute.

Be more specific. Are you looking for specific parts of the SJB configuration? Or are you looking for how to configure the SJB? On a more basic level, configuration of the SJB is programming it so that it knows how the vehicle is equipped and what features to enable. Data is written using the Ford diagnostic tool during module installation that properly configures the module.
