A batter doughnut is a great way to use up extra bread crumbs and eggs. Combine eggs bread crumbs and a little sugar roll into a ball and flatten slightly. the either pan fry or deep fry and enjoy

A bread dough is 50 to 65 % liquid based on flour weight, depending on what kind of dough liquids-[oil,water,eggs,milk etc.]

A batter like a muffin is roughly a 2:1 ratio 2 parts liquid 1 part dry

Based on flour ,sugar,milk powder,or what ever dry ingredients your recipe calls for.

"Doughnuts" are fried cakes either with a hole in the middle (like a ring) or a ball filled with jam (jello) or some other filling. Both types are rolled in sugar after cooking.

A batter is think, but pourable. Cakes are made from batters. A dough is not pourable, and can be kneaded or rolled. Breads are made of dough.
