What is a cafeteria catholic?

[Edit]

Answer

The term "Cafeteria Catholics" refers to those Catholics who pick and choose what doctrines and practices they accept in the same way that one picks which food to have from the selection available at a cafeteria.

However, considering the general state of christianity today I would suggest that the term "Cafeteria Christians" would be more accurate.
