The bible speaks of a comforter which means that only if a person is born again according to john 3:16.
thay have a right to be comforted by the spirit of god,exsample of this is if a person
was crying about fear of going to hell for some reason then thay should open there bible and see how jesus helped someone who was hurt and crying.
and the holy spirit will take that and cheer up your heart.
another exsample of this is when jesus walked the earth in the middle east over 2,000
years ago, he could only be in one place at a time jest like we have to do.
let's say that jesus was in cana then the only way that you could see him was to go there to were was which was in cana.
but after he dided anrose from the dead he sent the holy spirit which is called the comforter.
so now he can be everywere at the same time though the holy spirit which is called the comforter.
