It's called an incubator.

If you mean a sort of box with a thermostat designed to keep eggs, and later, hatchlings, at the right temperature for them, it's an incubator.

Otherwise, the only devices I can think of for laying eggs are birds, monotremes (egg-laying mammals), reptiles, insects, Spiders and so on, and various marine creatures.
