It's called basic H2 and can be purchased through an Independent Shaklee Distributor.
Basic H was invented by Dr. Forrest C. Shaklee in 1960. He believed products should be as good for the earth as they are good for you. Basic H is still available but Basic H2 is its successor. It's an organic, super cleaning concentrate and has hundreds of uses. Just 2 drops in 16 oz of water makes glass and mirror cleaner.
A 16 oz bottle costs about $10 bucks and will make 48 gallons of all purpose cleaner - so you can see it's cost effective!
Basic-H was selected as an official Earth Day product, has been used on Jacques Cousteau's ships, in the Biosphere 2 Project, and by many other environmental groups.
And, yes, it works : )

Human saliva is not a good cleaner, because saliva is mainly meant for the digestive system. Saliva was meant to break down starches while the food is being chewed, so saliva does not make a good cleaner. Saliva was not meant to clean.
The purpose of a water pressure cleaner is to remove dirt, grime, stains, and other debris from surfaces using high-pressure water. It is commonly used for cleaning outdoor areas such as patios, decks, driveways, and sidings. The high-pressure water helps to effectively remove stubborn dirt and restore the cleanliness of the surfaces.
Bi Carbonate Soda is a chemical as is You or I. We all are chemical compositions. Don't know formula off hand something with 3 in it I think all I know is you can eat it as and combined with chemical drink H2O is perfect for everything!
The pH level of an all purpose cleaner is about 8.8. It is a common cleaning product with basic (alkaline) pH.
