Vegetables,frute,whole wheat and plenty of water.
Always run or play a game or activity including EXERCISE.
Now to get more detailed. Food like whole wheat bread
and carrots and all that stuff should be included on your healthy diet
a diet can be harmful to kids only if it a bad diet like losing weight when they dont need to. otherwise diets can be good as long as they eat healthy.

There is actually not an official "kids diet" for adults to lose weight. Kids nutritional needs are different at different ages due to their size. For example if you only ate the amount of food required for a two year old you would probably starve.

Give them fruit, it is sweet and kids love fruit, and its good for you. They can eat as much fruit as they want and stay healthy.
