Movies are very popular, in places like schools people continuously talk about the movie they saw, how good it was, and how they can't wait for the following one to come out. There are constantly different new movies created and, they are viewed all the time, there are action movies, adventure, comedy, horror, romance, etc. when looking at the overview of movies I think they are created for two purposes. Fiction movies are typically for entertainment. Non-fiction movies are to inform people about the history of a event or about a subject.
