If you wanna do a little old school rock n roll... the song "Hurt So Good" by John Cougar Mellon camp is a great one. Any judge over the age of 30 will love you! I guarantee you that if you keep the funk and use a slightly slower song you will stand out in a competition of what can sometimes look like dancing squirrels on speed. Mellencamp's lyrics are to die for!

Lyrical songs are usually nice, or if you're looking for something more fun, try something a little more jazzy.
