What is a good tattoo for your preemie baby that survived heart surgery?

If your baby has his/her feet prints taken I would use one or both of them....may inside of a larger heart or just the feet on their own. I recently got my son's exact foot prints done as a tattoo, he was 1lb 11.5oz, he was born at 25 wks gestation and he had heart surgery too.
