== == I am unaware of any vitamin that would assist circulation.
Cayenne pepper (in moderation), Hawthorn (carefully moderated), Ginkgo Biloba, ginger, garlic; and vitamins C, E, and B3 (niacin).
Vitamin B is good for circulation. it is found in brown rice. Vitamin C and E are also good for circulation and they r found in oranges, limes, mangoes and almonds. Potassium found in sunflower seeds is good for circulation too.
It is usually the Iorn in vitamins that upset your stomach. Women need iron but men do not. Vitamins that contain herbs and are exclusively for men or women are a lot better than the cheap vitamins. Herbs are added that will help with upset stomach. It is also good to eat at least a little something with your vitamins. A good health store employe would be happy to help you out. The Vitamin Shop is a good one if in your area.
As someone with an established chronic pain and health board, I can assure you that it is always in your best interest to discuss with your physician what vitamins and herbs are the safest for your health. Many people assume that all vitamins/herbs are healthy, but too much of a good thing can be not so good! We pick up many of our vitamins/herbs in our foods and even medicines. Also some vitamins/herbs are dangerous mixed with those medicines we need.I make a point to never take any myself without first having that discussion with my doctor.Hope this helps.
A good diet that is enriched with vitamins and nutrients and temperature change.
I wouldn't think so. Just make sure he has minerals, proteins, and vitamins. Herbs are the best.
Any vitamins or minerals that promote building muscle mass and bone strength are good products. Food supplements containing protein and iron are another way to enhance one's bodybuilding programs.
Depends on the problem. and how you plan to use the herbs
Vitamins B,C, and E are ideal for hair growth. Vitamin C helps prevent breakage, while vitamin B helps create protein for your body. And vitamin E prevents hair loss
Everyone good be affected by low or good blood circulation. Hypothermia will cause someone to have bad blood circulation. Exercise can help someone have good blood circulation.
I use numerous vitamins and herbs, but both if not taken in the proper amounts can be dangerous. They can interact with each other, with prescription medication, and with your system if you have allergies that could be triggered by the herb. Vitamin and herb therapy is extremely vital to good health, but you must do your homework and take what is appropriate for you. Also, vitamins and herbal medications can contain additional ingredients, this must be considered as you may have a overabundance of certain vitamins and herbs when you actually read the label and add them all together, i.e. calcium may also contain Vitamin D so if you are taking Vitamin D you would need to calabrate how much total Vitamin D you would actually taking. Some vitamins are water soluable and therefore create no problem when taken in high levels, other vitamins are fat soluable and do not flush out of your system as you urinate as with water soluable vitamins and therefore can cause liver damage as they are stored there. I certainly do not want to scare you from taking vitamins and herbs but take your time and study the side effects of each and work from there. A health food store should be helpful when looking for these products as they are trained in answering your needs. Cheyzer
There are a number of herbs that have been traditionally used to promote relaxation or reduce anxiety. These include chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, sage, valerian, skullcap, passionflower, kava, holy basil, and many others. Many of these can be brewed as herbal teas. Some of them, including chamomile, lemon balm, sage, and holy basil, are suitable for drinking regularly as a beverage. Others, like valerian, passionflower, and kava, are stronger, and are best treated as medicines.
all of em they are not vitamins for nothing.
