try a gazelle. you can find them cheap at flea markets and yard sales. they are fun and low impact on your joints. I am on my third one. Tony Little promotes them. You can order them at Walmart.com for about $99 and they deliver them to your local store for free. If you order it online else where, they can run up to $300 or more.

Avoid heavy weights. Use dumbbells that are less than 10 pounds heavy.

You can try either or all of the below mentioned exercises 3 - 4 times a week.

# Push ups - Chest

# Reverse Dips - Triceps

# Dumbbell lateral raises - Shoulders # Dumbbell flies - Chest # Dumbbell curls - Biceps # Wrist curls - Forearms # Free Squats - Thighs # Dumbbell lunges - Hamstrings & Glutes Also, walk or swim for atleast 15 mins a day

These are all basic exercises and it is not mandatory to do all of them on the same day. You can choose 4-5 exercises of your preference and do them. You can include omitted exercises on the next workout day and omit a few that you did today.

Remember: Do not lift heavy weights. Keep the weights as minimal as possible.
