Depends; if it is a group of herbivorous dinosaurs, it is called a herd. If it is a group of bird-like dinosaurs, it is probably called a flock.

If it is a group of carnivorous dinosaurs that hunt together, then it is called a pack.

Following current practices, a groups of herbivous dinsosaurs would probably be called a herd and a group or predators a pack. If humans and dinosaurs had ever been coeval (they weren't) there probably would have been more specialized names for particular dino assemblies according to whether humans were hunting them, being hunted by them, or just watching. The practice of giving odd names to groups is called venery, from an old word for hunting. Just as our actual ancestors had "a route of wolves" and "an unkindness of ravens," imaginary humans might have referred to a "thunder of apatosauri" or a "slashing of velociraptors."
