Apples, almonds, walnuts, fiber one, and yogurt are all good.
The ones above are great for a healthy snack, how about other fruits like bananas, strawberries, grapes, and other of your favorite fruits. Do you have any favorite veggies? Those are obviously healthy as well. Trail mixes can be good, and sometimes healthy, but some have too many calories, sodium, carbs, and/or sugar. Trail Mixes that have the lowest calories, sodium, carbs, etc.
Stuff like peanuts, walnuts, almonds, are all healthy for you and good. Yogurt is good also, try getting some type of yogurt that is low in fat and possibly non-dairy. Apple sauce is good for you too.
get an apple and peel, core and slice into quarters. microwave it for about 3.5-4 minutes until all nice and juicy and smelling unbelievable! sprinkle with cinnamon and eat. it's delicious!

1. warm the tortilla over a stove fire until hot and make sure the tortilla is soft but a little chewy.
2. take tortilla off of the fire and put it on your plate.
3. get the stick of butter and rub it on your tortilla. it shoulde melt pretty easily, and COVER your tortilla in butter.
4. sprinkle as much sugar as you want over the butter because the butter holds down the sugar.
and now eat it!

Healthy trail mix (pretzels, raisins, Dark Chocolate morsels, almonds)
String Cheese
Hardboiled Eggs
Melba toast or rice cakes and peanut butter

There are many things that can be eaten as a healthy snack. One slightly obvious one would be fruits, such as apples or Oranges, which are easy to eat. Plain popped popcorn or rice cakes are another healthy snack as well.
Get foods that have higher protein, like peanut butter. This way, it will help to sustain children over longer periods of time. Have them also help you pick out some healthy things and have them help you prepare them, they will want to try it more if they have made it.
Anything light in calories will be a good choice. Fruit, crackers, raw veggies. Nothing with a lot of fat or salt.
It is probably different depending on age groups, but my teenaged daughter and their friends beg for soft tacos from Taco Bell when they are out late.
