What is a healthy pulse rate for a 16 year old girl?

[Edit]
Supervised by Itamar Medical

A 16 year old is generally categorized as being an adult. The healthy pulse rate for an adult is 70-100 more specifically 70-90 bpm. The lower your pulse rate, the more better, for an young adult anyways. It is generally a good thing.

If you do not already know, you can measure your pulse by finding the pulse on your throat usually on the left side near your glands, or on your ( left ) wrist on the side near your thumb as that is where your veins are.
