Heroic Flaw is the term used to the concept that all HEROs have more or less, human traits one of which are vices (things that may be considered bad. This is shown in many ancient Greek, Roman, Norsk, Celtic, and almost all stories written about Heros. It makes Heros closer to the everyday man.
