What is a kila byte? |
[Edit] |
[Edit]
A "byte" is 8 digital bits and a kilo of anything is a thousand, so a kilobyte is one thousand bytes. Because computers handle powers of two better than powers of ten, a kilobyte is actually 1024 bytes in many instances.
If you have a thousand kilobytes you have one megabyte.
